Do I need to be home?
No. We come on your collection day after the hauler, clean at the curb, and put the bins back. Most customers never see us.
Do you take my bins away?
No. The truck carries everything it needs, so the whole clean happens at your curb in a few minutes. Your bins never leave your property.
Where does the dirty water go?
Onto our truck. It's captured on board and disposed of legally off-site — nothing reaches your driveway or the storm drain.
What do you clean with?
Mostly heat. Water at 200°F does what supermarket chemicals can't. What we do add is plant-derived and safe around pets and planting beds.
What if the hauler skips my bin?
We can't clean a full bin, so we'll catch you on the next pass at no charge — and email you either way.
Can I cancel?
Any month. No fee, no notice period, no contract.
What's the deposit for?
It holds your place on the first route in your city and comes off your first bill. Refundable any time before your first clean.
